He covers over 15 sessions in the notes including Matz's keynote, and Zed Shaw, Tim Bray and Adam Keys' presentations. Umm... I think it might be the tool of that name that I get > 2000000 matches for on Google, including an article with the same title as the paragraph you refer to.
