Heard of Capistrano but thought it all sounded too confusing to set up? Brian Eng enters with a great "for dummies" type tutorial, The Absolute Moron's Guide to Capistrano. (If you don't know what Capistrano is, at its basic level it's a Ruby-based application deployment tool, often used for deploying Rails applications to remote servers.)
